5,6-DHI Repigments the Hair
5,6-Dihydroxyindole, or 5,6-DHI for short, is a precursor of the natural hair pigment melanin. When applied, 5,6-DHI binds directly to the hair, penetrates the hair shaft and forms chains of colour molecules in the hair with oxygen. The hair becomes darker.
Caffeine stimulates the hair root
Caffeine has been known for more than 20 years for its stimulating effect on hair roots. It inhibits the breakdown of the intracellular messenger cAMP. This gives the cells more energy and stimulates cell growth.
Caffeine is therefore one of the most researched plant-based active ingredients in hair science.
Additional active ingredients
Zinc and niacinamide support energy metabolism and can help improve the supply of nutrients to the hair roots.
Application
How to get the best result
Leave on for at least 2 minutes
From application to rinsing: a longer contact time enhances the colour effect.
Use daily
Use daily for the first few weeks until the desired colour result is achieved.
Adjustable colour intensity
The colour intensity can be controlled by the contact time and frequency of use.
